I only sort around 10kg of beans a day. Which model should I choose?
We recommend choosing CS Lite if your daily sorting capacity is less than 15 kg.
What’s the difference between CS Lite and CS One?
CS Lite: 2.5kg/hr, fixed 2.5kg hopper, for small roasters.
CS One: 5kg/hr (up to 30kg), expandable, for high-volume users.
Is the 99% accuracy claim real? How can I be sure?
Yes. The AI engine is trained on thousands of defect images and offers over 99% recognition accuracy. Reports are provided for each batch.
Why hasn’t the defective beans been ejected?
The air pressure input should be around 6-8 kg/cm2 (85~113 psi). Please check the air pressure display.
What are the air compressor requirements?
Working pressure: 6–8 kg/cm²; Tank: 22L+; Oil-free and water filter strongly recommended.
How noisy is the machine?
CS One: ~70 dB; CS Lite: <70 dB. Noise is mostly from the air compressor.

I'm not a professional—can I understand the sorting results?
Yes. Visual reports and an intuitive app make it easy for anyone to interpret results.
Do I need to clean it every day? Is it complicated?
Daily cleaning is easy—just use an air gun, empty the chaff box, and wipe key parts. Weekly lens cleaning recommended.
Why is the sorting speed so slow?
Follow the on-screen instruction when you see a warning pop-up shows: “Bean stuck in the putter.”
Check and clean the bean hopper if it is stuck.
Why is there no display on the touch panel?
Please check if you connected the USB, HDMI and DC Cable of the touch panel.

Can I try it out before buying?
Yes. Try the machine at AI Sharing Points or partner cafés. Locations available in our app.
Is there a warranty? How do I get support?
Yes, all machines come with a standard one-year warranty. Support via in-app or email.
Can I upgrade with new sorting modules in the future?
Yes. You can subscribe to new modules like Honey or Anaerobic anytime with OTA installation.
If any system issues occur with the machine, what should be done?
Please go to the settings and select “Report a Problem,” then notify your dealer or contact us at technical support
Basic Operations & Compatibility
Does the machine require constant internet connection?
CS Lite: Yes, an internet connection is required to verify subscription modules. Without internet access, the machine cannot operate.
CS One: No, internet is only required for software updates, mobile app usage, and issue reporting. Sorting can be performed offline.
Will the machine be damaged during power outages?
No, it won’t be damaged. Wait 30 seconds before restarting after a power outage.
Can I use a high-pressure air gun to clean the machine?
Yes. Use a dry air gun for safe cleaning.
Can the AI Sorting Modules be upgraded?
Yes, OTA updates allow new module installations.
How should I clean the bean hopper and internal parts?
Use an air gun to clean the hopper and chaff drawer. Use designated tools for camera cleaning. Ensure everything is dry.
What consumables need replacement?
The internal dust filter. Replaceable with standard commercial options.
