展示会ではアバー・インフォメーション(株)からリリースした、新ブランドavercasso（アバーカッソ）を展示ブース「5306（西3ホール）」で初展示いたします。
avercassoは、これまで手作業で行われてきたコーヒー生豆の選別作業をAI技術を活用して自動的に行う、コーヒー生豆AI自動選別機です。搭載された4KデュアルカメラとAI画像認識技術により、SCA基準の欠点豆を99％の精度で識別し、良品豆を選り分けます。
SCAJ2024では、実際にコーヒー生豆を選別するデモンストレーションの様子をご覧いただけます。弊社展示ブースにぜひお立ち寄りください。皆さんのご来場を心よりお待ちしております！
